摘要
分析了水土流失生态修复与综合治理措施的生态功效、内在关系,指出生态修复贯彻了"预防为主"的水土保持工作方针,具有覆盖面大、事半功倍、费省效宏的显著特点,极大地丰富了水土保持的内涵。只有综合治理与生态修复有机地结合在一起,防、治并重,才能根治水土流失。
The ecological efficiency and internal relations of ecological restoration and comprehensive treatment on soil erosion are analyzed. The working policy of ＂prevention first＇for soil and water conservation is carried out, which has distinctive characteristics, such as large coverage, yield twice the result with half the effort, cost less and gain more, and it greatly enriches the connotation of soil and water conservation. Only combine comprehensive treatment with ecological restoration organically and pay equal attention to prevention and treatment, can water loss and soil erosion be cured.
