摘要
随着西部大开发战略的实施,生态环境建设成为其中非常重要的一项内容,许多部门都热衷于与生态环境建设有关的项目,特别是水土保持部门对水土保持生态工程建设更是情有独钟,水土保持生态工程建设在近年来的自然环境保护中扮演着越来越重要的角色,对此就水土保持与生态环境建设之间的关系进行探讨。
Along with the implementation of western great development strategy,the ecological environment construction has become an extremely important part of it.Then,many departments crave the projects related to ecological environment construction.For ex-ample,department of conservation of soil and water has paid much attention to water conservation ecological engineering construction,as such construction is now playing more and more important role in natural environment protection in recent years.Thus,this paper discusses the relations between the conservation of soil and water and the ecological environment construction based on the author's understanding.
