摘要
在产品研制过程中,需要经过多个阶段试验及改进才能达到最后定型要求,产品研制的每个阶段均产生了大量可靠性信息。论文利用产品可靠性增长规律,对传统的顺序约束条件进行改进,得到一种新的顺序约束Bayes评估方法,在此基础上研究了基于评估结果的产品可靠性鉴定试验方案制定方法。最后,通过实例分析表明,论文提出的方法能更加准确的描述产品在可靠性增长过程中的变化规律,与传统的顺序约束Bayes评估方法相比,新的顺序约束Bayes评估方法能够更准确地评估产品的可靠性。
In the process of product development, multiple stages of testing and improvement are demanded to meet the testing targets. During each stage of the product development, large numbers of reliable information are produced. This paper takes advantage of the growth rule of product liability and improves traditinal ordering constraints to get a new Bayes evaluation method of ordering constraints. On this ba- sis, the method of qualification test scheme plan of product reliability based on evaluation results is discussed. Finally, example analysis are given to show that the method presented by this article describe the varying rule of products under the growth process of product liability more accurately. Compared with traditional Bayes evaluation method of ordering constraints, the new one can assess the product liability more accurately.
