摘要 目的采用HPLC方法以柚皮苷为指标,对市售烫骨碎补饮片进行质量评价。方法采用HPLC法,Platisil-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-醋酸-水(35∶4∶65);流速:1mL·min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长:283nm。结果 29个不同地区市售骨碎补均为砂烫炮制,且柚皮苷的含量差异较大,其中正品中含量最高的可达0.796%,最低为0.078%,5份伪品中不含柚皮苷。结论市售烫骨碎补饮片中柚皮苷含量存在一定的差异,炮制工艺是影响品质差异的主要因素,其它影响因素有待进一步考察。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of commercial Rhizoma Drynariae with Naringin as index by HPLC. METHODS Determination was performed by HPLC using Platisil-C18 column (250mm x 4. 6mm, 5μm) , the mobile phase was methanol-acetic acid-water (35:4:65) at a flow rate of lmL . min^-1. The UV detection wavelength was 283nm,and the column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS The commercial Rhizoma Drynariae from different districts of were all sample processing. The content of naringin in commercial qualified Rhizoma Drynariae were quite different. The highest content of naringin in Rhizoma Drynariae was 0. 796% and the lowest eontent was 0. 078%. The five fake Rhizoma Drynariae have not naringin. CONCLUSION The content of naringin in Rhizoma Drynariae from drugstores is different in some extent, the most influenee factors of the quality is the processing teeh-nology of stir-frying with sand and other factors should be investigated.
