摘要
药酒具有非常悠久的历史,是中国酒类中独特的存在,其因具有滋养身体、强健筋骨的功效而广受人们喜爱。本文主要从药酒的发展历史、制备工艺、澄清技术、质量检测和临床应用5个方面对其进行总结和阐述,旨在为药酒未来的发展提供新思路、新方法。
The medicated liquor has a very long history,is unique in Chinese wine,because it has the effects of nourishing body and strengthening muscles and bones,and is widely loved.In this paper,the development history,preparation technology,clarification technology,quality detection and clinical application of medicated liquor are summarized and expounded in order to provide new ideas and methods for the future development of medicated liquor.
