摘要
通过自编问卷对全国9所高校1 104名硕士研究生的心理需要进行调查后发现一些显著的特点:硕士研究生各种心理需要的满足程度都不高。从性别上看,女研究生的心理需要满足程度明显低于男研究生;从年级和专业类型上看,不同年级和专业类型的硕士研究生在各种心理需要的满足程度上存在明显的复杂性和差异性;从学校类型上看,985高校硕士研究生心理需要的满足程度最低,一般本科高校次之,211高校最高。针对这些特点,提出探索科学有效的因需利导机制,加强人文关怀,引导硕士研究生追求更高级需要等对策建议,为高校研究生教育工作提供参考依据。
Through the setbdesigned questionnaire, the psychological needs of 1104 masters in nine universities nationwide are investigated in this paper. It is found some remarkable ~eatures that the degree of satisfaction of various psychological needs in postgraduate is not high. For gender perspective, the female graduates＇ psychological needs satisfaction significantly lower than the male~ As for different grades and majors point, different grades and types show obvious complexity and diversity between them; Judging from the status of university, graduates ~rom 985 range the lowest, the general undergraduate college higher and the 211 highest. According to these features, explore a scientific and effective mechanism by needs, strengthen the humanistic care, and guide the graduate to pursue more advanced needs, some muntermeasures, provide references for the graduate student education.
