摘要
采用同向旋转双螺杆挤出机制备了聚乳酸/有机改性蒙脱土(PLA/OMMT)体系;通过差示扫描量热和偏光显微镜研究了不同含量的OMMT对PLA结晶形态和结晶行为的影响。结果表明:纯PLA结晶时间接近30 min;加入OMMT后能够明显提高结晶速率,改善球晶尺寸分布。但是OMMT的加入量存在阈值,超过3%时,反而会使体系的成核速率以及结晶速率下降,球晶尺寸分布开始变宽,而且整个体系的结晶度也会降低。
Some PLA/OMMT composite were prepared by a corotating twin-screw extruder. The effect of OMMT loadings on PLA crystal morphology and crystallization behavior was studied by differential scanning calorimetry and polarizing microscope. It was shown that the crystallization time of the neat PLA was about 30 min. The addition of OMMT could greatly increase the rate of crystallization of PLA,and improve the size distribution of its spherulites. There was a threshold of OMMT loadings in regards of its nucleation. With more than 3 % of OMMT in PLA,the rate of crystallization of PLA decreased, the size distribution of spherulites was broadened,and the crystallinity of the composite was reduced.
