聚消旋乳酸/蒙脱土纳米复合材料热稳定性的研究 被引量:6

Thermal Stability of PDLLA/MMT Nanocomposites

摘要 通过熔融混合制得了聚消旋乳酸(PDLLA)/蒙脱土(MMT)纳米复合材料。研究了蒙脱土的加入量对其结构和热稳定性能的影响,结果表明,聚消旋乳酸的分子链已经插入到蒙脱土片层的层间隙中形成了嵌入式的插层结构。蒙脱土的加入使PDLLA/MMT纳米复合材料的玻璃化转变温度增加,其热稳定性明显改善。与纯PDLLA相比,它的起始热分解温度至少提高了22 5℃。蒙脱土的最佳加入量为5%,其断裂伸长率可提高近一倍。 Poly(DL-lactic acid)/montmorillonite (PDLLA/MMT) nanocomposites were prepared by heating and blending. The effect of the montmorillonite contents on the structure and thermal stability of nanocomposites was investigated. Results showed that the PDLLA chains had been intercalated into the montmorillonite layers. With the thermal stability improving, the Tg of the nanocomposites was increased. The thermal decomposition of the nanocomposites at least higher 22.5℃ than that of pure PDLLA. When the content of montmorillonite reaches 5%, the breaking elongation of the nanocomposites will be doubled.
