摘要
研究蒙脱土插层的多孔二醋酸纤维制备中蒙脱土用量对纤维过滤性能的影响。采用静电纺丝的方法,利用高挥发溶液的制孔性,通过在纺丝液中添加蒙脱土成功制备了蒙脱土插层的多孔二醋酸超细纤维。测试了多孔蒙脱土二醋酸超细纤维的形貌、孔洞状态、比表面积、过滤性能。结果表明:在本次的试验范围内,随着蒙脱土添加量的增加,纤维孔洞数量有所减少,比表面积先增大后减小再增大,纤维过滤效率先增大后减小。认为蒙脱土添加量的增加对纤维孔洞具有一定的团聚作用,当添加量控制在一定范围时能提高纤维的过滤效率。
The effect of montmorillonite content which was used for producing porous diacetate fiber of inter- calating montmorillonite to fiber filtering function was studied. The method of electrospinning was adopted. High- ly volatile solution could make porous materials. The porous diacetate microfihers of intercalating montmorillonite were prepared successfully by adding montmorillonite into the spinning solution. Morphology,hole state,specific surface area and filtration property of the porous montmorillonite diacetate microfiber were tested. The results show that in this experiment,as the increase of montmorillonite addition amount, the fiber hole number was re- duced, specific surface area was first increased then decreased, finally increased, fiber filtration efficiency was first increased and then decreased. It is considered that the increase montmorillonite addition amount have an aggrega- tion to fiber hole. The fiber filtration efficiency will be improved by controlling the addition amount of montmoril- lonite.
