摘要
蒙脱土(MMT)是一类含层状硅铝酸盐的天然材料,具有超强的离子交换和吸附能力,可赋予聚合物优良的性能。但因其表面呈亲水性,很难均匀地分散于聚合物基体中,因此,蒙脱土的有机化改性已成为材料领域新的研究热点。从蒙脱土结构出发,按有机改性剂种类,对近几年蒙脱土有机化改性的国内外研究进行综述,并对其应用前景进行展望。
Montmorillonite(MMT)is a kind of natural material containing layered silicon aluminate,showed strong capacity of ion exchange and adsorption.It can give the excellent performance of polymer.But due to the surface of montmorillonite is hydrophilic,which leads to the MMT is hard to evenly dispersed in polymer matrix.As a result,the organic modification of montmorillonite has become a new hotspot in the field of materials.Embarked from the structure of montmorillonite,the types of organic modifier and research development on modification of MMT at home and abroad in recent years were summarized.Finally the application prospect of organic montmorillonite was discussed.
