摘要
高等职业教育进入内涵发展阶段以后,需要回归到教育的逻辑起点,反思高等职业院校办学实践中存在的问题,并进而转换办学理念、重新定位人才培养目标。基于对现代"和谐职业人"的目标定位,对教育对象与自身、自然、他人、社会达成和谐所需的主体性条件作整体观照,解析其本质内涵,并提出具体的实践路径。
After entering the period of connotative development, higher vocational education needs to return to the logic of education and reflect the issues in higher vocational school running practice. Then higher vocational education must convert educational philosophy and retarget talent cultivation. Based on the targeting of modern harmonious professionals, this thesis gives an overall study about subjective conditions on harmony between the educational object themselves, nature, others and society. Analysis of essential connotation and detailed practice path of modem harmonious professionals' cultivation are stated in this thesis too.
