摘要
营养强化剂作为一种添加剂,在提高人们营养水平上发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文主要综述了营养强化剂的种类和其在食品工业中的应用状况,同时简单介绍了我国营养强化剂发展存在的问题,并对营养强化剂的发展前景进行展望。
As an additive, nutrient supplement played more and more important role in raising people＇s nutritional level.This paper summarized the types of nutrient supplement and the application in food industry, at the same time, the existing problems in the development of nutrient supplement and the future development were simply introduced in our country.
