摘要
为缩短嗜冷菌检测时间,双温度培养法采用17℃和6.5℃进行培养,通过与嗜冷菌标准方法的比较发现两者检测结果有很高的一致性,精密度实验和重现性实验均符合要求。双温度培养法较标准方法时间缩短5 d。
To cut down the Psychrotrophic Microorganisms detection time, the Dual-Temperature Cuhure Method of Psychrotrophic Microorganisms adopts 17℃ and 6.5 ℃. Comparing with the Standard Method of Psychrophilic we found the test result has high consistency. And the precision and reproducibility experiments conform to requirements. The time that Dual-Temperature Culture Method take was shorter than Standard Method for five days.
