摘要
目的:了解宁夏地区三级甲等医院护理人员科研能力现状,为提高护理人员科研能力提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查法,抽取宁夏地区三级甲等医院543名护理人员,对其科研能力进行调查。结果 :所调查医院护理人员的科研能力总分最低为4分,最高为109分,平均为(52.00±18.91)分;各维度得分由高到低依次为问题发现、科研实践、论文写作、文献查阅、科研设计、资料处理;有行政职务者的科研能力总得分高于无行政职务者;不同职称、不同学历护理人员自评科研能力的总分及部分维度得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宁夏地区三级甲等医院临床护理人员的科研能力偏低,应对不同职称、职务、学历的护理人员进行有针对性的科研能力培训。
Objective: To understanding the present status and influencing factors of research capacity of nursing staffin the level-three class-A hospitals of Ningxia, and provide theoretical basis and countermeasure for improving the research capability of nursing staff. Methods: Questionnaire survey was used. A total of 543 nursing staff was randomly selected in the level-three class-A hospitals of Ningxia to investigate their research abilities. Results: The minimum score of nursing research capacity was 4 points, the highest was 109 points, and the mean score was 52.00~18.91. The scores of each dimension from the highest to the lowest were problem-finding, scientific practice, academic writing, review of literatures, research design, and data processing. The total research ability scores of administrative nursing staff were higher than non-administrative nursing staff, Self-evaluation total score of nursing staff and each dimension score were statistically different in nursing staff with different titles and different education degrees (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Nursing research capacity was low in Ningxia area and the main influencing factors were iob titles, orofessional title, and education background.
