摘要
目的:调查临床护士成就动机和科研能力的现状,探讨两者之间的相关性,为提高临床护士科研能力提供依据。方法:采用成就动机量表和科研能力自评量表对414名某三甲医院临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:护士追求成功的动机得分中位数为36.00(32.00,36.00)分,避免失败的动机得分中位数为38.00(33.00,43.00)分,科研能力总分中位数为54.00(31.00,70.25)分,处于中等水平,追求成功的动机与科研能力的总分及各维度均呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。多元回归分析显示,追求成功的动机、最高学历、阅读期刊频率、领导及家庭支持情况和科研时间是临床护士科研能力的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:临床护士科研能力有待提高,追求成功的动机越高,科研能力越突出。管理者应采取措施提高护士追求成功的动机,从而提高其科研能力的水平。
Objective:To investigate the Clinical status of achievement motivation and research ability of clinical nurses,and to explore the correlation between them,so as to provide a basis for improving the research ability of clinical nurses.Method:A total of 414 clinical nurses in a class A hospital were investigated by using achievement motivation scale and research ability self-rating scale.Result:The median score of nurses’motivation to pursue success was 36.00(32.00,36.00)scores,and the median score of nurses’motivation to avoid failure was 38.00(33.00,43.00)scores,the median score of scientific research ability was 54.00(31.00,70.25)scores,which were at the medium level.The motivation to pursue success was significantly positively correlated with the total score and all dimensions of scientific research ability(P<0.01).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that motivation to pursue success,highest education level,frequency of journal reading,leadership and family support,and research time were the main influencing factors of clinical nurses’research ability(P<0.05).Conclusion:The research ability of clinical nurses needs to be improved.The higher the motivation of pursuing success,the more outstanding the research ability.Managers should take measures to improve nurses’motivation to pursue success so as to improve their level of scientific research ability.
