摘要
通过文献资料、数理统计等方法对六盘水不同社会阶层成年人体育健身行为进行研究,得出结果:不同阶层的成年人体育健身行为是不同的,健身场所方面,大多数人都是集中在社区公共健身场地、付费健身场所、单位健身场地、学校及家里锻炼场地进行健身活动;体育锻炼频率在每周5次以上、每周3-5次;体育健身形式主要是散步或跑步、乒乓球、羽毛球;体育健身目的主要是用于强身健体、预防疾病,愉悦心情、缓解压力,增加社交机会、交流;每月体育健身费用的情况上,主要是在不花钱、50元以下、50-100元;不同社会阶层的成年人体育健身习惯不同,主要是体育锻炼习惯不清楚占多数,为促进经济欠发达地区六盘水群众体育运动蓬勃开展提供一定的理论参考,进一步提高六盘水人民的体质与健康水平,形成良好的体育健身行为提供实用参考。
This article through the literature, mathematical statistics and other methods, carries on research on sports fitness behavior of different social class adults in Liupanshui,. The results show that sports fitness behavior of different class adults is different; the place that most people participate in sports fitness activities are as followed: the community public fitness sites, pay fitness place, unit fitness venues, schools and home exercise area; they do exercise more than five times a week, every week 3-5 times; Sports fitness form are as followed: running, table tennis, badminton; sports fitness goal mainly is to strengthen the body, preventing disease, cheerful mood, relieving pressure, increase social opportunity, communication. The research aims to vigorously promote mass sports activity of Liupanshui ,the economic less-developed regions, and to provide certain theory reference for further improving the Liupanshui people's physique and the health standard.
