摘要
对苏州外资企业(包括港、澳、台资企业)职工体育健身行为进行调查。结果显示:外企职工体育健身行为与文化程度的高低呈高相关,周末或节假日是外企职工健身活动的主要时间段,经济原因是影响低学历职工健身活动的主要原因,而工作忙、缺乏指导成为影响高学历职工进行健身活动的首选因素。
Worker sports and keeping fit behavior carry on the investigation to Suzhou overseas-funded enterprise （ including Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan-owned enterprise）. The result shows： The behavior of worker＇s sports and keeping fit of foreign enterprise and high or low prices of the schooling are high and relevant, weekend or festivals or holidays is the main time slot of foreign enterprise worker,s body building, the economic reason is the main reason that influence low academic worker＇s body building, and busy and lacking and guiding and becoming the first-selected factor that influence the well educated worker to carry on the body building.
