摘要
目的:针对目前中老年女性复杂的心理问题,探讨如何提高她们的心理健康。方法 :通过对江西省南昌八一广场和体育场、江西省吉安市广场和体育场舞蹈群体且年龄在50-60周岁的94名中老年女性为实验对象,运用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计方法对她们心理健康标准指标数据得分值进行分析研究。结果主要有:实验前健身舞蹈锻炼群体的中老年女性心理健康标准总体情况较差,实验后,心理健康标准指标值数据总体来说提升较快,效果显著,值得推广。实验后健身舞蹈锻炼群体与实验前在心理健康标准指标上(没有心理异常、健全的人格、充沛的精力和丰富的情感)有非常显著性差异,且提升弧度越大,心理健康标准指标依次为充沛的精力、丰富的情感生活、没有心理异常、健全的人格和正常发育的智力。
Objective: based on the current complex psychological problems of middle-aged and old women, to discuss how to improve their mental health. Methods: 94 aged 50-60 women fitness dance exerciser play on the square and stadium in Nanehang and Ji'an city of Jiangxi as experimental object, using the literature material method, interview method, mathematical statistics method to analyze their psychological health standard index data. Main results: the former experimental exercise fitness dance group of middle-aged and old women has poor mental health standard as a whole. After the experiment, the standard of mental health index data increases faster overall ascension, the effect is obvious, and is worth promoting.
