摘要
在界定酒店员工心理健康的内涵及其标准的理论基础上,采用实证分析,通过提出假设、进行验证、构造模型等,论述了酒店员工心理健康的影响因素以及可能导致的行为倾向。以对长沙高星级酒店进行的调查为基础,应用spss12.0软件进行分析,得出相应的研究结果,以填补关于酒店员工心理健康实证研究的空白,为酒店促进员工健康心理的形成提供理论依据。
Mental health study on hotel employees is a new issue in the field of hotel mangement. By applying qualitative analyses, introducing suppositions, validating, constructing models, we are trying to define the connotation and the standard of the mental health of hotel employees. In addition, this thesis discusses the relationships among the affecting factors of the mental health of hotel employees and the may-be preference of hotel employees' behaviour. And we get some new results on the research of the mental health by using SPSS12.0 on the basis of the survey data rooted from some stars hotels in Changsha. The result has an important implication on the management of hotel employees in China, and has an important meaning to promote the quatitative research on the mental health of hotel employees.
