摘要
目的:探讨体育舞蹈对老年人健康的影响。方法:选取2013年1-6月吉林省某社区老年人200例,其中男100例,女100例,自愿参加体育舞蹈者120例作为研究组,其他80例作为对照组。观察两组研究对象身高、体质量、血压、心率和肺脏功能等常规体检指标的变化。结果:研究组体脂含量、体脂百分比实验前后各项指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组实验后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实验前、后舒张压、收缩压及安静心率各项指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组实验后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组台阶试验指数及肺活量与实验前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组实验后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体育舞蹈可减脂塑形、提高心肺机能,是适合老年人健身锻炼的运动项目。
Objective: To explore the effects of sports dance on the health of the elderly. Methods: 200 elderly patients were collected in community from January to June 2013, including 100 males and I'00 females, of which 120 cases volunteered for sports dance were collected as the study group, the other 80 cases were collected as the control group. The changes of indexes of routine physical examination of two groups, inclu- ding height, body mass, blood pressure, heart rate and lung function, were all observed. Results:The differences had statistically significance in the body fat and body fat percentage of the study group between before and after the experiment( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Compared with the control group after the experiment, the differences had statistically significance (P 〈 0.05 ). The differences were statistically significant in the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and quiet heart rate of the study group between before and after the experiment( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Compared with the control group after the experiment, the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The step test index and vital capacity in the study group after the experiment were significant higher than those before the experiment, the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈0.05 ) ; Compared with the control group after the experiment, the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Sports dance can reduce body fat, improve heart and lung function, and it is very suitable for the elderly.
