摘要
文章通过对澳大利亚10所大学图书馆和4个大学图书馆联盟以及评估机构TEQSA的危机管理实践进行调查,分析了澳大利亚大学图书馆危机管理现状,概括其危机管理实践具有受重视、较完善、重视合作等特点,并结合我国图书馆危机管理实际,得出了提高危机意识、明确部门职责、提高预案针对性、扩大危机管理范围、发挥联盟优势的启示。
Through investigating the crisis management practice in ten university libraries and four university library alliances and appraisal institutions TEQSA in Australia, this paper analyses the current situation of Australian university library crisis management, sums up its crisis management prac- tices have the feature of valued, perfect, attaches great importance to the cooperation, and combining the reality of Chinese library crisis management, this paper inspires that it should increase the awareness of crisis, clear department responsibilities, improve the pertinence of plan, expand the scope of the crisis management, and make full use of the advantages of alliance.
