摘要
大数据时代,科学数据已成为重要的资源。高校图书馆开展数据监护工作,实现高效管理和长期保存意义重大。本文在深入调研国内外研究现状的基础上,从框架流程、政策和技术三个方面分析了数据监护实施的关键因素,总结了我国数据监护研究存在的不足之处,提出了应从加强技术创新、完善数据管理制度和调动科研人员的积极性三个方面对数据监护工作进行优化、提升数据监护能力等几项措施。
In big data era,scientific data has become an important resource,implementing data curation by university library to realize efficient management and long-term preservation of the date has great significance.On the basis of in-depth investigation of the research status at home and abroad,the key factors of data curation implementation are analyzed from three aspects:framework process,policy and technology,and the shortcomings of the research on data curation in China are summarized.This paper puts forward several countermeasures from three aspects:strengthening technical innovation,perfecting data management system and mobilizing the enthusiasm of scientific researchers,and the data curation ability can be improved,to improve data curation work.
