摘要
本文介绍用铸造法制造抗拉强度超过750MPa的高强度C/Al复合材料。将国产高强度碳纤维经MSC涂层处理后以束状排布于精密铸造模壳内,在4000Pa的真空度和0.75MPa的空气压力下将356合金液浸渗入预热模壳内,凝固后获得C/Al复合材料零件或试样。试样的抗拉强度当纤维体积分数为0.35时达764MPa。论文讨论了纤维束状排布对浸渗过程和材料韧性的有利影响。
This paper deals with high-tensiie-stength C/Al composites withσb> 760MPa fabricated by casting.PAN I carbon fibers coated with coatings are arranged in investment casting moulds in tows, and the moulds are infil-trated with molten Al-Si-Mg alloy under the condition of vacuum 4000 Pa and air pressure of 0.75 MPa.The tensile strength of specimens contain-ing fibers of 0.35 volume fraction reaches up to 764 MPa.The effects of fiber arrangement in tows on infiltration of molten metal and on tough-ness of composites are also discussed.
