摘要 综述了近年来国内外连续碳纤维增强铝基复合材料(简称连续C_f/Al复合材料)的研究现状,介绍了连续C_f/Al复合材料存在的界面问题与解决方法,分析了挤压铸造法、超声振动法、真空压力浸渗法、SPS放电等离子烧结等制备连续C_f/Al复合材料的优缺点,并对连续C_f/Al复合材料的发展进行了总结和展望。 The research status of continuous carbon fiber reinforced aluminium matrix composites(Cf/Al composites)in China and foreign countries in recent years was reviewed.The interface problems of continuous Cf/Al composites and their solutions were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of continuous Cf/Al composites prepared by squeeze casting,ultrasonic vibration,vacuum pressure infiltration and SPS spark plasma sintering were analyzed.The development of continuous Cf/Al composites was summarized and prospected.
