摘要
用不同浓度的PEG和 17.6 %的蔗糖溶液处理 7个品种小麦吸胀后的种子及幼苗 ,多数品种的发芽率明显降低 ,品种间的耐旱能力存在差异 ;幼苗的生长受抑制 ,干重、鲜重、鲜重 /干重和叶绿素含量都有一定程度下降 ,根 /冠值均增大 。
Seven wheat varieties of imbibed seeds and seedling were treated by using different concentration PEG and 17.6% cane solutions, most varieties germinating rate decreased obviously, there are differences among varieties of drought tolerance. The growth of seedlings is inhibited, it was reduced to some extent on dry weight, fresh weight, dry weight/ fresh weight and chlorophyll content, root top ration increased, varieties appeared different susceptibility against high permiable solution stress.
