摘要
为了研究转NCED基因水稻的抗旱性,对转基因T1代和对照种子进行PEG处理,观测发芽率;发现转NCED基因水稻的发芽率比对照的高。选其中发芽率较高的NCED3-6-1和NCED3-7-6种子种植并进行干旱胁迫,测定转基因水稻NCED3-6-1和NCED3-7-6的部分农艺性状,结果表明,转基因水稻NCED3-6-1和NCED3-7-6的抗旱性比对照强。
Tiller angle is one of important characters that constitute plant type with great significance in breading. The type of tiller angle, dynamic change of tiller angle under different cultivation conditions and genetic analysis of tiller angle in rice were reviewed in this article.
