摘要
目的探讨术前访视对手术患者心理状态的影响。方法选择择期手术患者360例，随机分成观察组和对照组各180例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上，实施术前访视，比较两组患者的心理状态。结果观察组焦虑水平显著低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论术前访视能减轻手术患者的焦虑水平，提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of preoperative visit on the mental state of operation patients. Methods A total of 360 patients were divided into observation group and control group with 80 cases in each group. Routine nursing care was taken in control group, on the basis of routine nursing care, the preoperative visit was implemented in the observation group. The patient＇s mental state were com- pared between two groups. Results Anxiety level of the patients in observation group was lower than that in the control group obviously, the difference was significantly between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Preoperative visit can reduce the patientg anxiety level, improve quality of care.
