摘要
目的探讨细致术前访视对胆囊切除术患者术前心理状态的影响。方法将2016年5月至2017年12月于我院进行胆囊切除术的92例患者按自愿分为对照组(45例,常规术前访视)和观察组(47例,细致术前访视)。比较两组患者访视前、后心理状态。结果访视后,两组患者紧张、愤怒、疲乏、慌乱评分均降低,精力、自尊感评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);访视后,两组患者抑郁、焦虑的阳性率均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细致术前访视能降低胆囊切除术患者术前的焦虑、抑郁心理,增加其对手术的信心,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of meticulous preoperative visit on the preoperative psychological statusof patients undergoing cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 92 patients undergoing cholecystectomy in our hospital fromMay 2016 to December 2017 were divided into control group （n=45, routine preoperative visit） and observation group （n=47, meticulous preoperative visit） according to the voluntary principle. The psychological statuses of the two groups beforeand after visit were compared. Results After visit, the scores of tension, anger, fatigue and confusion decreased, and thescores of energy and self-esteem increased, and those in the observation group were superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. After visit, the positive rates of depression and anxiety decreased in both groups, and those in the observationgroup were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Meticulous preoperative visit can reduce the anxiety anddepression of patients undergoing cholecystectomy before surgery, and increase their confidence in surgery, which hasahigh application value.
