新西兰学前全纳教育探析 被引量:1

摘要 新西兰学前教育所取得的显著成效与其政府注重学前全纳教育的理念息息相关。新西兰在发展学前全纳教育时,逐渐形成了自身的特色:设置多样化的学前教育机构,以满足不同幼儿需求;加强教育立法,完善弱势儿童法律;发展毛利语言,进行双语教学;全方位的特殊教育方案,保障特殊幼儿的受教育权。
