全纳视域下新西兰特殊教育的发展被引量：4

摘要自20世纪90年代以来,全纳教育对世界各国的教育产生了重大影响。消除教育中的排斥现象,推进教育民主化发展,实现教育公平是全纳教育的基本理念。随着全纳教育的发展,特殊需要儿童的教育也越来越得到保障。促进全纳教育的发展是保障特殊需要儿童获得教育公平的重要途径。文章回顾了新西兰特殊教育政策的产生与发展历程,探讨了新西兰为推动特殊教育发展采取的相关举措,旨在为我国特殊教育的发展提供参考。
