摘要
常州科教城本科与高职衔接培养高技能人才是江苏省现代职教体系建设试点的有益探索。在试点中,实施特色化实践环节是培养的突出特点,创新实践教学体系是成功的关键。常州科教城的3所试点院校,坚持构建本科高校和高职院校优势互补、资源高度融合的"一体化"培养模式,集合2家培养单位实践教学环节的资源、特色和优势,搭建了"共享、集成、实效"的实践教学体系。
It is a beneficial exploration of Jiangsu Province construction experimental unit of modern vocational education system for institutions and vocational colleges united training high-skilled talents in Changzhou Science and Education Town. Implementation of characterization practice is the salient feature of the training process, and the innovative practice teaching system is the key to success. Three of pilot schools in Changzhou Science and Education Town centralized the resource and complement each other. They constructed the practical teaching system with＂sharing, integration and actual effect. ＂
