摘要
通过油泵试验台对电控单体泵燃油喷射系统的喷油压力特性进行研究,揭示了不同工况下喷油压力、喷油压力升高率的变化规律。喷油压力上升部分的平均压力升高率随着转速的增加而增加,7°CaA喷油脉宽的喷油压力上升部分的平均压力升高率从400r/min的19 132.7MPa/s增加到1 200r/min的89 285.7MPa/s;喷油压力下降部分的平均压力升高率随着喷油脉宽的增加而减小,凸轮转速为1 200r/min时喷油压力下降部分的平均压力升高率从2°CaA的-45 634.9MPa/s下降到12°CaA的-75 396.8MPa/s。同时,分析出最高喷油压力、最大及最小喷油压力升高率的产生原因。
For a electronically controlled unit pump injection system, the injection pressure characteristics were studied under different operation conditions in pump test-bed to reveal variation rules of the injection pressure and its rise rate. It is concluded that in the injection pressure rising section the average pressure rise rate increases with cam speed going up, it increases from 19 132. 7 MPa/s at 400 r/min to 89285.7 MPa/s at 1 200 r/min when pulse width of 7 °CaA ;in the injection pressure declining section it decreases with the increase of injection pulse width, it decreases from -- 45 634. 9 MPa/s at 2 °CaA to --75 396.8 MPa/s at 12 °CaA in cam speed of 1 200 r/rain. Reasons causing the max. injection pressure, the max. and min. pressure rise rates are analyzed.
