基于遗传算法的凸轮柱塞泵流量脉动分析及优化 被引量:1

摘要 精密仪器中使用的凸轮柱塞泵在运动过程中,双柱塞交替推动液体时流量不稳定,容易产生脉动。通过分析得知其根本原因是形成凸轮轨迹曲线误差比较大,使得柱塞杆在轨迹曲线过渡处运动不平稳。为解决流量脉动的问题,提出一种用于优化凸轮轨迹曲线的INGAS遗传算法。首先通过多目标优化建立目标函数,确定优化目标之后,再进行初始化种群及编码,并采用等式约束条件处理得到一个最优解;然后利用局部搜索的方法把最优解作为一个初始值,建立一个评价函数,再次进行局部搜索并且采用线性加权法进行计算,从而得到最终的优化结果。为了验证遗传算法计算出的结果的准确性,搭建了凸轮柱塞泵的测试平台,使用国外先进微型流量计测试流量的脉动。该实验平台可以实时反馈流量的变化数据,并且以曲线的形式反应出优化前后的不同数据。经过测试,优化后的流量脉动及脉动率明显比优化前的小,满足产品的使用需求。 During the movement of cam plunger pump used in biochemical analyzer,flow rate of liquid driven by double plunger is unstable and pulsating easily;through analysis,the fundamental reason is that the error of cam trajectory curve is relatively large,which leads to unstable movement of plunger rod at the transition of trajectory curve.In order to solve the problem of flow pulsation,an INGAS genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize the cam trajectory curve.Firstly,the objective function is obtained through the multi-objective optimization;after determining the optimized objective,population initialization and coding are carried out,and the optimal target selection is achieved by using the equality constraint conditions.Then,using the local search method,and the optimal solution is taken as an initial value,an evaluation function is established to perform the local search again,thus the final optimization result is obtained by using the linear weighting method.In order to verify the results calculated by genetic algorithm,a testing platform is built using the imported micro flowmeter.The experimental platform can feedback the change of flow rate in real time,and reflect the data before and after optimization in the form of curves.It is shown through tests that the optimized flow pulsation and pulsation rate are significantly smaller than those before,which meets the use demand of the product.
