摘要
根据传统直列泵泵体结构设计了集成式电控单体泵燃油系统,实现在沿用发动机机体的条件下对柴油机进行改进;进行了集成式电控单体泵燃油系统在不同油管长度和不同转速下的特性试验.以YN4D44直列泵柴油机为对象,采用集成式电控单体泵燃油系统进行了整机改造,优化了喷油嘴流量,并进行了整机试验,结果表明,集成式电控单体泵燃油系统在高压油管过长、转速太高时性能将下降,集成式电控单体泵燃油系统应用于传统发动机改造能大幅提高排放性能.
To meet the needs of diesel engine industry,an IEUP fuel injection system was developed.In the IEUP,multiple EUPs were integrated into one inline-pump body to replace the traditional inline-pump.Based on experiments,the IEUP inject performance with different pipe length and engine speed was discussed.The IEUP was applied to an YN4D44 diesel engine and the inject flow was optimized in this paper.Experiments prove that the optimized IEUP diesel is highly improved.
