摘要
本科生导师制是高校教书育人的重要载体,是提升本科教学质量的重要"抓手"。本科生导师制有利于创新型人才培养的制度化,有利于扬弃学分制的内在流弊,有利于师生建立起良性的沟通机制。深入推进本科生导师制应进一步彰显其核心价值观,加强制度建设,创新指导模式,构筑科学的激励和评价体系。
The undergraduate tutorial system is not only an important carrier of teaching in university but also the important method to improve teaching quality. Undergraduate tutorial system can be benefit for the institutionalization of the training of innovative talents, be benefit for sublating the flaws of the credit system, and be benefit for establishing a communication mechanism between teachers and students. Deeply implementing undergraduate tutorial system should show its core values, strengthen system construction, innovate the guiding mode, and build scientific evaluation and motivation system.
