摘要
基于马斯京根法的连续的河道洪水演进模型,实现了澧水流域上江垭、皂市水库联合防洪调度,从而得到联合调度对澧水流域防洪控制点流量影响;同时采用水动力学模型对松澧地区控制站点水位模拟。结果显示,除了1998年、2003年特大洪水外,通过江垭、皂市水库联合防洪调度,基本可以保证河道防洪安全,同时松澧地区控制点水位有所降低。而通过江垭、皂市、三峡水库联合运用,松澧地区控制站点的水位仍高于保证水位。
Relied on Muskingum method based consecutive channel flood routing model, the joint-flood control operation of Jian- gya Reservoire and Zaoshi Reservoir in Lishui River Basin is realized, and then the effect from the joint-operation on the flow rates at the control points for flood control in the river basin is obtained, simultaneously, the water levels at the control stations and points are simulated with the relevant hydrodynamic model. The results show that the safety of flood control on the river chan- nels therein can basically guaranteed through the joint-flood control operation of both Jiangya Reservoir and Zaoshi Reservoir, and the water levels at the control points within Songli Region are lowered to a certain extent. Nevertheless, the water levels at the control stations and points in Songli Region are still higher than their guaranteed water levels through the joint-operation of Jiangya Reservoir, Zaoshi Reservoir and the Three Gorges Reservoir.
