摘要
以调水线路为轴的水资源区域具有人类活动频繁、跨流域、水系不封闭等特点。现着力从监测点、调水线路及调水区、受水区多维角度提出水资源分析主要技术途径,对监测点雨水情按监测类型分别提出以时间为轴的纵向比较、过程变化及单点累计和多点对比等分析方法。在水位及流量监测的基础上,调水线路中的河道及湖库以分析水面线和水位变化趋势为主要分析内容,并提出了以恒定流和非恒定流理论为基本计算方法;采用降水产流及地下水计算模型实时计算分析调水区及受水区水资源状况;提出了水资源分析中信息处理、计算机及多S技术的需求方向及其技术框架。
The region with axis of water transfer road has characteristics of human frequent activities and interhasin. This paper brings forward several methods, including one spot with multi-spot comparison, a time axis longitudinal comparison On inspecting water level and runoff, the main analysis contents are water level line and its trend about the river and lake of transfer road, then gives the unsteady and steady flow calculation method for water level line For the situation of water resources, the paper advises utilizing rain-flux and groundwater calculation model in real time To analyze water resources, information processing, computer, multi-S technology and its framework also recommended.
