摘要
目的探讨心理干预对高中生生命意义感的影响。方法以大同市某高中的80名高中生作为研究对象,对实验组的学生进行为期8周的心理干预,对照组的学生在这期间不接受任何处理。结果心理干预前,两组被试的生命意义感状况基本处于同一水平;心理干预后,实验组学生的生命意义感量表的得分显著提高(p<0.001或p<0.05)。结论 (1)心理干预可有效提高高中生的生命意义感,提升其生命价值;(2)此生命意义感团体辅导方案具有推广性。
Objective To explore the impact of psychological intervention on sense of life meaning of senior high school students. Methods 80 students from senior high schools in Datong city attend this intervention. It is eight weeks to be intervened for experimental group's students, and the students in control group didn't receive any treatment during this period. Results Before the intervention, the students' senses of life meaning in two groups were basically at the same level. After the intervention, the students' sense of life meaning in experimental group significantly improved (p〈0.001 or p 〈0.05). Conclusion (1)Psychological Intervention can effectively improve the sense of life meaning and enhance the life value in senior high school students; (2)The group coaching program about sense of life meaning can be spread.
