摘要
校企合作培养模式下,高职生思想政治教育与传统在校生在教育内容、教育环境、教育主体等方面有一定的差异。在这种模式下,高职生的思想政治教育存在一些问题。针对这些问题,提出建立政府、学校、企业多方参与的机制,加强高职生行为规范和职业道德教育,对学生进行跟进教育,建设实习评价机制等解决措施。
Under the mode of cooperation between school and enterprise, ideological and political education for students will be different from the traditional way in education content, education environment, education subject, etc. Currently under this mode, some problems do exist in ideological and political education for higher vocational college students. According to these problems, it is proposed in this essay that government, school and enterprise should all get involved to strengthen education for students＇ professional behavior and morality by ＂follow-up education＂ and setting up probation appraisal system.
