摘要
当前高职职业道德教育滞后于社会发展需要,在教育内容上存在着抽象泛化,与企业需求、学生需要相脱节,偏重规范知识传授,疏于道德能力训练等弊端。工学结合培养模式为解决这些问题带来了有利契机。顶岗实习是学生应用专业技能从事职业的模拟,是学生完善自我适应社会的演炼。高职职业道德教育应把握这个有利机会,以培养诚信品质、敬业精神、协作素质和规则意识为主要内容,在完善学生自我人格的同时培养职业道德品质。
At present, the vocational ethics education in higher vocational colleges is far behind the need of social development. In teaching, problems such as contents being abstract, unmatched with the need of enterprise and students exist. Teachers are fond of passing knowledge but neglect the training of practical moral abilities. The mode of study combined with work provides an opporthnity to solve those problems. Practical training is a good chance for students to fulfill their ability of adapting to the society. Higher vocational ethics education should take this chance to cultivate students＇ vocational moral qualities.
