摘要
基于LAPS(光寻址电位传感器)技术的生化传感器中的光生电流是一种微弱的非平稳信号,信噪比低,提取清晰的光电流信号对于LAPS传感器的研制有着重要的意义。针对光电流信号中存在的漏电流等干扰噪声,研制一套基于LabVIEW技术的LAPS信号测量系统。该系统将敏感单元输出的光电流信号通过数据采集卡传送到PC机,采用数字锁相技术,提取了较好的光电流信号。通过信噪比分析表明:采用基于LabVIEW技术构建LAPS信号测量系统是可行的。
Photocurrent in biochemical sensors based on LAPS(light addressabte potentiometric sensor)technology is a weak non-stationary signals. The signal-to-noise ratio is lower. Extracting clear photocurrent signal for the LAPS sensor development has an important significance. For the interference noise like leakage current etc. presenting in the photocurrent signal , a set of system based on LABVIEW technology was developed. It was used to measure LAPS signal. This system firstly transmitted the photocurrent signal exported by sensitive unit to PC machine through data acquisition card, and then extracted a better photocurrent signal by digital lock-in technique. Signal-to-noise ratio analysis showed that the LAPS signal measurement system based on LABVIEW tech- nology is feasible.
