摘要
以EIS结构为基础,研究高分辨率光扫描型二维pH图象传感器及其敏感膜-溶液界面势与pH值的关系.重点研究了传感器芯片结构、制作工艺以及测量系统与测试条件对传感器输出光电压的影响;并在优化的测试条件下,对溶液二维pH值进行了分布测量,给出传感器对pH值的瞬态响应及pH值二维分布的灰度图.
The main work of this paper is to research high resolution light scanning two-dimension pH image sensor based on EIS structure, and use this sensor measuring system to measure the two-dimension distribution of pH value of the solution. The structure of sensor chip and the system to realize the measure for pH value, the effects of measurement conditions on output photovltage for the sensor are studied mainly. Based on all the work above, the two-dimension distribution of the pH value of the solution is measured, and then the two-dimension pH distribution map of the certain solution can be drawn in different gray levels.$$$$
