人工湿地在印制电路板废水处理中的工程应用 被引量:2

摘要 印制电路板生产的工序比较复杂,废水成分多种多样,废水中所含的污染物有铜、镍、COD、氨氮及氰化物等,可生化性较低,比一般的工业废水难处理,单一的物化处理工艺难以实现达标排放。以深圳某印制电路板废水处理工程为例,该工程在物化、生化处理工艺后引人人工湿地进行深度处理,实现稳定达标排放。 Treatment of printed circuit board wastewater is more difficult than that of ordinary industrial wastewater due to complexity of the PCB production process,variety of the PCB wastewater composition which including Cu,Ni,COD,NH3-N,CN-,etc,and the low biodegradability,so it's hard to reach standardized emission by single physical or chemical treatment process.This paper introduced an example of a certain PCB wastewater treatment project in Shenzhen which adopted constructed wetland as depth treatment after Chemical and physical treatment process,and could reach standardized emission stably.
