摘要
采用混凝+兼氧膜生物反应器(FMBR)技术净化印制线路板废水。介绍了工程的设计内容,考察了FMBR工艺对印制线路板废水的净化效果,总结了工程运营情况。最终外排水质满足《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB21900-2008)及《污水综合排放标准》要求,FMBR技术对印制线路板废水净化效果显著,有机污泥大幅度减量,解决了剩余污泥处置难题,避免了二次污染。
Coagulation and FMBR technology were used to purify PCB wastewater. The design content of the project was introduced in detail, the purification effect of FMBR technology on PCB wastewater was investigated, and the operation situation of the project was summarized. The final discharge water can meet the requirements of " electroplating pollutants discharge standard ( GB21900-2008 ) " and " integrated wastewater discharge standards", FMBR technology not only had a significant effect on the purification of PCB wastewater, but also solved the disposal problem of the excess sludge successfully to avoid the secondary pollution.
