摘要
本文观察ＫＦ－９５０对兔的抗生育作用。ＫＦ－９５０对家兔阴道给药５ｍｉｎ后人工授精，１０～１４ｄ后剖腹计数黄体数和宫内胚胎数。结果示 ＫＦ－９５０ ３ ｍｇ组家兔卵受精率１０％（溶剂对照组１００％，两组相差显著，Ｐ＜０．０５），避孕率７１．４３％（溶剂对照组避孕率为０，两组相差显著，Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＫＦ－９５０ ６ ｍｇ组避孕率１００％。研究认为 ＫＦ－９５０在体内有明确避孕效果。
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the contraception effects of acrosin inhibitor KF- 950. The drug was applied in rabbit vaginal before artificial insemination, and the corpora luteum and embryos were counted after 10～14 days. When the dosage of KF-950 was 3 mg, the percent- age of fertilized eggs rate was 10%(versus control group 100%, P<0.01) and contraceptive rate was 71. 43%(versus control group 0, P<0.05). As the dose rose up to 6 mg/ml, no egg was fertilized and the contraceptive rate was 100%. KF-950 has obvious antifertility effect in vtvo.
