水性氟丙树脂透明隔热涂料的制备及性能 被引量:9

Preparation of transparent heat-insulating coating from waterborne fluorine-containing acrylic resin and its performance

摘要 为了解决建筑玻璃的能耗问题,以自制的分散稳定性良好的水性纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)浆料和水性氟丙树脂共混,制备了水性纳米ATO透明隔热涂料,研究了水性纳米ATO浆料和紫外线吸收剂UV-A的用量对涂膜光学性能的影响。结果显示,当水性纳米ATO浆料的添加量为25.62%,紫外线吸收剂UV-A的用量为3%时,所制得的水性纳米ATO透明隔热涂料具有良好的隔热效果和较高的可见光透过率,其红外阻隔率达到80.21%,可见光和紫外光透过率分别为78%和20.12%,具有良好的市场应用前景。 To solve the problem of energy consumption of building glass, a water-based antimony tin oxide (ATO) transparent heat-insulating coating was prepared by blending the home-made water-based nano-ATO slurry with water- based fluorine-containing acrylic resin. The effects of the amounts of water-based nano-ATO slurry and ultraviolet absorbent UV-A on optical performance of the film was studied. The results showed that the water-based nano-ATO transparent heat-insulating coating prepared with 25.62% water-based nano-ATO slurry and 3% ultraviolet absorbent UV-A has a infrared blocking rate 80.21%, and transmittance rate 80.56% for visible light and 20.12% for ultraviolet, showing good heat insulation effect and high visible light transmittance and presenting a favorable market application prospect.
