摘要
以米曲霉A-1为出发菌株,在研究培养基加水量、温度、无机盐和培养时间等单因素的基础上,采用正交试验方法进行固态发酵产淀粉酶条件优化研究,并对正交试验结果进行了验证。试验结果表明,该菌株固态发酵产淀粉酶的最优条件为:加水量10 mL,麸皮与豆饼粉的比例为8∶2,MgSO4·7H2O添加量为1%,在30℃发酵84 h,酶活达269 U/g。
Taking Aspergillus oryzae A - 1 as the original strain, based on the study of the elements of wa- ter addition, inorganic salt and incubation time, orthogonal experimental design has been used to study the cultiva- ting conditions of the production of amylase from Aspergillus. And the results have been verified. The results show that the optimum condition is : the additive quantity of water is 10 ml ; the proportion of bran to that of soybean cake powder is 8: 2; the additive quantity of MgSO47H20 is 1% ; the temperature of 84 h fermentation is 30 C. Under this condition, the activity of amylase can reach 269 U/g.
