摘要
本文利用单因素实验对米曲霉3.042培养基组成成分和培养条件进行优化,分别研究了培养基碳源含量、氮源含量、营养因子、加水量、培养温度、培养时间、初始pH对米曲霉生长情况的影响。结果表明:蔗糖27 g·L^(-1),硝酸钠2.5 g·L^(-1),硫酸镁(MgSO_4·7H_2O)0.6 g·L^(-1),初始pH 6.5,在30℃的环境下培养72 h后,米曲霉生长得最好。
The composition and culture conditions of Aspergillus 3.042 medium were optimized by single factor experiment, and the effects of carbon source content, nitrogen source content, nutrition factor, water addition, culture temperature, culture time and initial pH on the growth of Aspergillus are studied respectively. The results showed that Aspergillus 27 g·L^-1 grew best when sucrose, sodium nitrate 2.5 g·L^-1, magnesium sulfate 0.6 g·L^-1, initial pH 6.5 and 72 h were cultured in 30 ℃ environment.
