摘要
p53不但是重要的抑癌基因,还与细胞凋亡关系密切。p53基因通过指导促凋亡基因Bax的转录而具有促进心血管系统细胞凋亡的作用。p53可通过影响细胞周期及线粒体Bcl-2/Bax比例的变化而促进细胞色素C及其他凋亡诱导因子的释放,启动caspase蛋白酶级联反应,进而引发心肌细胞的凋亡。该文总结分析了p53与心肌缺血/再灌注损伤、p53与心肌梗死、p53基因对移植心脏冠状动脉内膜增厚的抑制、p53与高血压等方面的研究进展。
p53 is not only an important cancer suppressor genes, bul is also closely tlated with cell apoptosis. The p53 gene can promote cell apoptosis in the cardiovascular system through guiding the apoptotic gene Bax to transcribe. The signal path activated by p53 plays an impm'lant role in the cell apuptosis in the cardiovascular system. This signal path can affect the cell cycle and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax in mitoehondria, whieh can promote the cytochrome C and other apoptosis-inducing factors to lease, start caspase protease cascade,and lastly sults in myocardial cell apoptosis. Here is to make a review of the research progress in p53 and myocardial isehemia/tpertilsion injury,p53 and myocardial infarction,p53 gene transplant suppres- sion on coronary artery inlimal thickening,p53 and hypertension.
