摘要
慢性心力衰竭(CHF)是指多种原因导致的心脏病发展的最后阶段,同时也是降低患者生命质量,引起死亡的主要因素。CHF主要以呼吸困难、乏力、水肿、活动耐力下降为临床表现。目前对于CHF的治疗仍以改善临床症状、提高生命质量、减少患者反复就医及死亡率为主。CHF发病机制比较复杂,但是心肌线粒体能量代谢异常在心力衰竭的发展过程中起重要作用。近些年,对于CHF心肌线粒体能量代谢的研究和认识逐渐加深,越来越多的中医学者基于线粒体能量代谢这一理论开展了一系列的关于中药治疗心力衰竭的研究工作,并且取得了很大的成效。现就此方面进行综合的阐述,从而增进医务工作者对中医治疗心力衰竭的理解。
Chronic heart failure(CHF)is the final stage in the progression of heart disease caused by multiple factors and is a major contributor to reduced quality of life and death.The main symptoms were dyspnea,asthenia,edema,and decreased activity endurance.At present,the treatment of CHF is dominated by improving clinical symptoms,improving quality of life,reducing patients'repeated visits,and decreasing mortality.Although the pathogenesis of CHF is complex,abnormal energy metabolism in myocardial mitochondria is critical in the progression of heart failure.In recent years,understandings on myocardial mitochondrial energy metabolism in CHF have gradually deepened along with continuous research.More scholars of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)have carried out a series of research on the treatment of heart failure with Chinese medicine based on the theory of mitochondrial energy metabolism,and made great achievements.The present study made a comprehensive elaboration on this aspect to deepen the understanding of medical workers on the treatment of heart failure by TCM.
